Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect in the game "ESG: Hardcore Mode", why, and what rights you have. The data controller is Greenometer.

1. What data we collect

Your work email address and company domain, selected language, marketing consent status, a hash of your IP address and browser type. We do not store game results linked to you.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Providing the game and protecting it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and — only with your consent — contacting you about a demo and news (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies (cookie consent, language, game access). Anonymous Vercel Analytics runs only after you consent. You can change your settings at any time in the footer.

4. Retention period

We keep the data for up to 24 months after your last visit, or until you withdraw consent if that happens sooner.

5. Recipients

Infrastructure providers acting on our behalf (Vercel hosting, Neon database) under data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, object, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
